Fort Worth Live Music is an independent live music calendar and directory for Fort Worth and the surrounding area. The site may include event listings, venue pages, artist pages, recurring series, open mics, jams, karaoke listings, maps, guides, newsletters, sponsored placements, and related content.

We are not a venue, promoter, ticketing company, booking agency, or city office.

We work to make listings useful and accurate, but live music details can change. Dates, times, prices, age restrictions, lineups, ticket availability, locations, and other details may be updated, canceled, postponed, or changed by venues, artists, promoters, or ticketing providers.

You are responsible for confirming important details with the venue, artist, promoter, or official ticketing source before attending an event.

Fort Worth Live Music is not responsible for event cancellations, schedule changes, ticketing issues, admission decisions, venue policies, inaccurate third-party information, or other event-related problems.

You may be able to submit events, corrections, venue information, artist information, claim requests, contact messages, or other content.

By submitting content, you represent that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have the right to submit it
• Your submission does not violate the rights of any person or organization
• Your submission is not false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, defamatory, spam, or malicious

Submission does not guarantee publication. We may review, edit, reject, remove, or decline submitted content at our discretion.

You grant Fort Worth Live Music a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, display, distribute, and adapt submitted content for operating, promoting, and improving the site.

Do not submit confidential or sensitive information that you do not want reviewed or potentially used in connection with public listings.

Venues, artists, promoters, or representatives may be able to request updates or claim certain listings.

A claim request does not guarantee approval, control over a listing, removal of public information, or publication of submitted changes. We may require verification and may deny or revoke claim access at our discretion.

Claimed or paid profiles do not override our public listing standards.

Fort Worth Live Music may include sponsored content, advertising, paid placements, affiliate links, or sponsor messages.

Sponsored content should be clearly labeled. Paid placement does not guarantee organic ranking, verification status, editorial endorsement, or inclusion in unpaid listings.

We may refuse, remove, or modify sponsored content that we believe is misleading, inappropriate, unlawful, inconsistent with the site, or harmful to user trust.

The site may link to third-party websites and services, including venue sites, artist sites, ticketing platforms, social media pages, map providers, newsletter tools, and sponsor websites.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, fees, transactions, or actions.

Any ticket purchase, reservation, transaction, or communication with a third party is between you and that third party.

The Fort Worth Live Music name, branding, site design, original copy, organization, data presentation, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to Fort Worth Live Music, unless otherwise stated.

You may use the site for personal, non-commercial discovery purposes.

You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, sell, redistribute, or commercially exploit substantial portions of the site without written permission.

You may link to public pages on the site.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fort Worth Live Music and its owners, operators, contractors, partners, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the site.

This includes damages related to event changes, inaccurate listings, third-party websites, ticketing issues, lost data, lost profits, business interruption, or inability to access the site.

We may update the site, remove features, change content, or modify these Terms at any time.

When we update these Terms, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
